As Lean-Agile Enterprise Transformation Manager, Alena is currently shaping the transformation journey at Aptiv. Aptiv is a global technology company that develops safer, greener, and more connected solutions, which enable the future of mobility. Acting as a change agent, she is helping large co-located and distributed program teams to leverage the benefits of lean and agile principles and practices, while building quality and compliance into the solution from the very beginning. Enthusiastically rolling rocks uphill - she is patiently transforming the mindset towards Lean-Agile Leadership and Enterprise Flow. With over ten years of experience in the automotive industry, Alena held different international positions at one of the leading automotive companies Daimler AG and its financial services provider, starting her agile career at the Daimler's corporate Incubator and Innovation Hub "Daimler Business Innovation", known as "Lab 1886".
