Process management from 0 - 80 km/h: good traction and power for sufficient acceleration

    Wednesday 03/11/20 from 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Many companies are facing the challenge of proving compliance with various laws and regulations and of providing their employees with clear guidelines in this regard. Binding, well-communicated, easily accessible, comprehensible, and up-to-date work processes help to master this challenge. However, employees need orientation for their daily operative work. This presentation explains how to develop processes under time pressure while taking the needs of the employees concerned into consideration. Dos & Don'ts, and the possibilities of tool support with Stages in the context of change management, will be analyzed in more detail. The speakers will give insights into both the customer's and the external consultant's view of process development, implementation, and improvement, and demonstrate the piloting of an initial project in software development for engine control units.
