Highlights and Challenges – Our expedition to Automotive SPICE using Stages

This presentation describes DENSO’s expedition of software process transformation from CMMI to ASPICE. They will explain the migration from static process workflows to model-based dynamic structure in the Stages tool; using multi-layered architecture to support DENSO locations globally.
