    Home Workshop “Process Management Excellence”

    Workshops

Optional Workshops after the conference on October 1, 2025.

    Workshop “Process Management Excellence”

Finding the right strategy, architecture, and organization, plus adopting best practices are crucial for the success of any process rollout program

In this workshop you will gather insights how to

    • Identify goals and objectives for a process rollout
    • Define success criteria and metrics to measure progress
    • Define your target value streams and involved functions and disciplines
    • Find the optimal process architecture and management organization
    • Define high quality processes utilizing modeling guidelines and best practices
    • Gather early pilot feedback and incrementally build an entire process landscape

This workshop is most useful for

      • Process managers
      • Process owners
      • Sponsors of process management programs

Workshop “Process Architecture and Advanced Modelling Techniques illustrated using the Automotive Process Framework (APF)”

This workshop explores the principles of process architecture that build the foundation for product development and broader organizational processes within Stages. We will also dive into advanced modelling techniques that support different process types, demonstrating how these principles are applied in practice.

In this workshop you will gather insights how to:

    • Different dimensions and types of processes: Learn how to structure modelling workspaces so that each contains a coherent, encapsulated process with well-defined interfaces to other processes.
    • Real-world examples in the APF: Examine how the APF models various process types and their interfaces, such as SAFe® Agile ant its interfaces to ASPICE engineering and supporting processes.
    • How to model project lifecycles effectively: Discover how to represent lifecycles in terms of milestones, phases, and deliverable work products with quality levels. We’ll also discuss how to design workflows for iterative execution throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Other topics raised and agreed with the attendees at the beginning of the workshop.

Participants will receive read-only access to the Stages Content Product server — the platform used to develop, integrate, and release the APF. This access will remain available until 10th October 2025, allowing you to further explore and reinforce the concepts covered in the workshop.

Important: Access is provided strictly for evaluation and learning purposes. It does not grant rights to copy or reuse APF content or any material from the Stages Content Product server.

This workshop is most useful for

    • Process Architects
    • Process Modellers
    • Process Subject Matter Experts
