How to measure the process performance and how it is linked to process efficiency? Can the same indicators be used to evaluate these aspects?
Process performance objectives are expected to be defined (CL2) and these can be quantitative and/or qualitative. The related KPI (Key performance Indicators aka metrics) might already be defined as part of the process definition in the standard process or may be defined ad hoc at project level. Which is the relationship between the expectations at level 3 and level 2? Should these KPI be relevant for the project monitoring?
Which insights can we get on the topic from other frameworks and models?
We have discussed the topic also in the context of Gate4SPICE events in the ASPICE community and collected the experiences from the community.
