About the Speaker

Felix Fröbel is Product Owner for System Stages and Process Manager for the electronics, software, and drives development process at BSH Home Appliances. He orchestrates cross‑disciplinary lifecycles, aligning methods, tools, and compliance to deliver robust eSystems. Felix holds a degree in Business Informatics and began his career as an IT network specialist in the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). He brings a strong passion for company culture, clear communication, and skilled moderation, fostering collaboration, psychological safety, and effective decision‑making across teams. A frequent contributor to this congress, he returns to the stage for the fourth time.
