A case study of the adoption of the Automotive Process Framework at MAHLE

In this session, we will provide a concise overview of the MAHLE One PLM program and explain how the use of Stages with the Automotive Process Framework (APF) is promoting increased standardization in automotive processes, while still accommodating essential variation and tailoring. Additionally, we will explore the strategy employed to adapt and extend the APF in order to create the inaugural version of MAHLE’s unified automotive process. Lastly, we will share insights, best practices, and overall experiences gained from adopting, adapting, and extending the APF.
