Dr.Rajesh Ganji

Dr.Rajesh Ganji is an Automotive SPICE Instructor and also a renowned organization transformation leader. He is the ‘Head of Global R&D Operations’ and the Global Engineering center –India leader with ZF in CVS division. Rajesh also leads the procedures workgroup with Intacs VDA. He has been instrumental in the transformation of multiple companies in Automotive (OEs and Tier1) across the globe (Japan, USA, Sweden, Germany and India), bringing in various multiple cross-dimensional approaches.

Sanjay Mahadev Khatte

Sanjay Mahadev Khatte is an agile transformation coach, Strategy Expert and member of the AI team with 15 years of experience. A passionate agilest, he is responsible for analysing trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic initiatives for ZF commercial vehicles’ control systems division. Previously, as a Senior Consultant, Sanjay had multiple hats for various Fortune 500 companies.
