Change at its best – How to start over with a development process landscape

The VUCA (volatile-uncertain-complex-ambiguous) world forces us to change the organizational, operational, and collaboration structure, along with leaders’ and followers’ attitude and behavior. Since structures shape behavior we must begin with structures. A part of it are the processes. Things quickly become complicated when the processes of the product development are touched. Campaigns like AutomotiveSPICE improvement projects adjust existing processes towards compliance gradually. This does not address the adjustments to VU towards compliance gradually. This does no CA world, which usually requires some kind of revolution.
