Lars works as a Quality Systems Manager for HERE, 22+ years in different functions of Quality like Process Engineering, Database/Map Quality Engineering, Functional Safety, ISO 9001/14001/ 45001 audits. In the last 10 years his focus has been on A-SPICE, IT-Services SPICE and Data Management SPICE for process improvement in these domains to support the transformation to digital services & data-driven solutions.

Christian Hübscher

Christian is a data enthusiast and supports digital transformations for clients. As a pragmatist, he uses good practices from process models to focus on business needs. Christian has a background of 27 years in appraising and improving business processes across industries. He is a CMMI/ASPICE principal assessor and instructor with specialization in the domains of systems engineering, data quality, and service management. UL Solutions is his home where he serves as principal consultant and people lead.
