As Raytheon and United Technologies came together to form Raytheon Technologies, the Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) business unit was established (as one of the 4 Raytheon Technologies businesses) and was challenged to design and implement business level policy and process baseline.

Through this colossal merger and a digital transformation initiative; the selection of Stages as the model-based RI&S business process management tool was made, and a journey began to partner on developing and deploying a business wide command media implementation.
