Process Modeling Tools and Mergers/Acquisitions*

It’s hard enough bringing processes into the forefront under normal corporate situations. Now try doing it during a merger, or several mergers, of companies with very different thoughts as to the detail required in a process.  During this time, we also converted from ARIS process modeling tool to Stages.
