Protected: Rethink Web-based Training: How to empower users

Web-based training (WBT) enjoys a long tradition in the BMW Group and is one of the most often used media to empower employees to master their challenges. But the training experience does little to increase the users’ willingness to learn.

As part of the update from Stages V6 to V7, we revised both our tool and the associated qualification approach. This presentation is a field report on a genuinely living support platform.
