Protected: How to safely develop variants – PLE and ISO 26262

While the ISO 26262 standard mentions the reuse of engineering artifacts, safety artifacts, and tools across projects, it does not contain details about the realization of a systematic reuse approach in the development of functional safety-critical systems.

The presenters will cover the topics of tool classification & qualification for variant management tools and provide an overview of an implementation strategy for systematic reuse of engineering artifacts as well as functional safety artifacts based on feature model-based variant management for functional safety-critical system development.
