Nicolas Poiraudeau is Overall D&IS Process Architect at Alstom, specializing in the design, optimization, and deployment of process architectures for digital and information systems. With extensive experience in process, documentation, configuration, and change management, he has held key roles at Alstom and previously at General Electric and Sagem. Nicolas brings expertise in process standardization, performance measurement, tool ownership, and project support for major rail and signaling programs. He holds an engineering degree from ENSEA, is fluent in English, and has strong skills in process management, configuration tools, and technical software.
